§ 01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pkr365," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to pkr365 and its licensed operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on pkr365 or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pkr365 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's pkr365 account, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, account tools, and other features available on the pkr365 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the pkr365 platform.

§ 02 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the pkr365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on pkr365. pkr365 performs identity and age verification on all accounts. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any real-money deposits will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. pkr365 may request supporting identity documents at any time.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkr365. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using pkr365 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr365 does not guarantee access compliance with local laws in all territories.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who have been self-excluded from pkr365 or any other gaming platform are not eligible to register a new account.

§ 03 Account Rules

By maintaining an account on pkr365, you agree to the following account obligations:

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkr365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Accuracy of Information: You must keep your account information current and accurate. Any change to your name, address, or contact details must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting pkr365 support.
• Account Verification (KYC): pkr365 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document submission at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on pkr365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr365 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
• Account Dormancy: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as set out in the pkr365 fee schedule, which is available on the platform.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkr365 processes all financial transactions in PKR. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as shown above. Maximum deposit limits are set per account tier and may be adjusted following KYC verification. Players may set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawal Processing: pkr365 targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours of request approval, subject to KYC clearance. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. pkr365 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers.
• Payment Method Consistency: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible. pkr365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment instruments.
• Transaction Fees: pkr365 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in PKR. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which pkr365 accepts no liability.
• Refused Transactions: pkr365 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. Affected funds will be held pending investigation.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr365 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the PSL season and major cricket series. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above with accounts in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements on pkr365 are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Players must wager the required multiple of the bonus amount before a withdrawal of converted bonus funds will be approved.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated bonus validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: pkr365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where promotional abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation is detected. This includes using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting combinations to guarantee returns regardless of outcome.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, pkr365 will remove the Bonus Funds from the account before processing the withdrawal of Real Money Funds.

§ 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pkr365:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: All games and betting markets on pkr365 have minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may vary by game type, table, and account tier.
• Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is not confirmed until pkr365 systems have processed and accepted the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of system errors during bet placement, pkr365 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Void Bets: pkr365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond applicable settlement windows, or affected by circumstances outside the platform's control, including extreme weather events affecting cricket matches.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are available subject to feed availability. Odds fluctuate in real time. Once a bet is accepted at stated odds, those odds are locked for that wager regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Game Results: The outcome of all casino and slot games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results displayed on the pkr365 platform are final. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's device display and the pkr365 server log, the server log will be treated as authoritative.
• Disconnections: pkr365 is not liable for bets or game rounds affected by internet disconnections on the Player's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play, the platform will attempt to complete the round based on server-side game state. Players should ensure a stable connection before placing wagers.
• Maximum Winnings: pkr365 may impose maximum single-transaction winning limits on specific games or betting markets. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. No single payout on pkr365 will exceed the stated platform maximum payout cap.

§ 07 Responsible Gaming

pkr365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools and policies to support Player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Checks: pkr365 provides optional reality-check notifications that remind Players of the time elapsed during a gaming session at intervals chosen by the Player.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account restriction for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player cannot deposit or access gaming features.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from pkr365 may request self-exclusion via the platform's responsible gaming settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request. Once self-excluded, a Player cannot register a new account on pkr365.
• Underage Gambling Prevention: pkr365 strictly enforces 21+ age verification. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

§ 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pkr365, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the pkr365 platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems, game play bots, or data scraping tools.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation errors in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from known or suspected platform errors must be reported immediately and are subject to void and reclaim.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the pkr365 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Transferring account funds or account access to another individual.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person to deposit into your pkr365 account.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information or where you have the ability to influence the outcome.

§ 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr365 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the property of pkr365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr365 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without express written permission from pkr365.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any pkr365 software or game code.
• Using the pkr365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written approval.
• Creating derivative works based on pkr365 platform content.

Any unauthorised use of pkr365 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr365 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr365 platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill in connection with your use of the Services.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment processing delays beyond pkr365's reasonable control.
• Any action taken by pkr365 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, balance forfeiture in cases of terms violations, or withdrawal processing delays attributable to KYC requirements.

pkr365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

§ 11 Termination

pkr365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player with their payment provider.
• Regulatory or licensing authority directive.

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting pkr365 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been completed.

§ 12 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet outcome, game result, account transaction, or platform decision, Players must follow the pkr365 dispute resolution procedure:

1. Submit a formal complaint to pkr365 support via live chat or by email to [email protected], clearly describing the issue and the outcome sought.
2. pkr365 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. If the Player is not satisfied with pkr365's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under pkr365's gaming licence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr365 holds its gaming licence. By using the pkr365 platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms.

§ 13 Amendments

pkr365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr365 will notify Players via a platform notification or email to the registered account address. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkr365 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
